WHY ARE YOU HERE?
Everywhere pretending seems to be a virtue rather than a vice.
Saving one's face is more important than saving one's sanity. Our bank balance seems of greater value to us than finding our footing. Our priorities simply aren't set right, our lives unsafe, unpredictable.
Confused and disheartened we look for guidance, a meaningful connection, a loving understanding. Not quite grasping that by ignoring our inner worlds we have rejected our inner truth and deeply disrespected ourselves.
Which is why we are looking to find completion in others...
Be it love, sense of belonging or worth, our (often painful) seeking is a journey to maturity and healing of our wounded inner child. On this journey we tend to foolishly seek what we lack ourselves in the hearts of others, realising that it is just a trick the Universe plays on us, teaching us that the only journey to wholeness is through our own heart.

Our awareness makes us fully engaged in life by breathing through every minute of our days with joy of just being. Because we are only when we can be. When we truly are, without the need to be something or someone else, we feel totally free!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Forget what you know to be true for a moment and allow yourself to be vulnerable by accepting that, after all, you may not know. Your beliefs, views, and opinions will be heavily challenged on every page and in every paragraph.
We get educated on how to survive in this world.
But we largely stumble in the dark truly living our life. We are repeating the same mistakes our parents did, thinking we know how to live happily, pretending we know how to create loving relationships. Here, you will get to know the Truth. The knowledge you don’t get to learn at school, yet absolutely need to know to truly enjoy your life.
I aim to make you see the falsity in your way of being and how this is the only cause of your disappointments and general unhappiness.
